Last year was a huge year for Valtix and I can’t wait to share more of our successes in the next few weeks.
Among other things, 2021 was an award-filled year – from winning the SINET16 to being named Startup of the Year for Security Cloud/SaaS by the Globee Awards and receiving inclusion as a Gartner Cool Vendor. We’re excited to get things going again in 2022.
Today, we are thrilled to announce we have won GOLD in the cloud security* category of the 2022 Cybersecurity Excellence Awards!
The Cybersecurity Excellence Awards is an annual competition honoring individuals and companies that demonstrate excellence, innovation, and leadership in information security.
The finalists and winners are selected based on the strength of their nomination as well as the popular vote by members of the Information Security Community. The cloud security category is highly competitive with 20+ companies vying for top prizes in subcategories based on employee headcount.
Obviously, we are not all that surprised that we tracked well in the cloud security category. Our platform solves what is a major cloud security problem for enterprises running workloads in public cloud.
Specifically, public cloud connectivity between workloads is relatively open. The cloud service providers give you little control over those communications. Add in open paths to the public internet and the risk of a breach as a result of this control gap is significant. Valtix eliminates that lack of control. It does so with the industry’s first multi-cloud network security platform delivered as a service. Since Valtix protects cloud workloads from the network, it leads to our mission which is to protect every workload, every app architecture, across every cloud.
